DJCPO DJCPO is a DJ, producer, and the founder of Citii Cii Music. As a teenager, he helped popularize what is now known as Classic Jersey and Baltimore Club music.

He often visited “Against All Odds,” where DJ Ran sold some of NJ’s first “Club Beats 4 The Streets” CDs. CPO eventually made a promo song for the store, and Ran played it regularly. He began deejaying years before creating his own music but was amazed when he later became an official Against All Odds DJ himself. This happened unexpectedly about a decade later, without any planning, and only by th

e grace of God. DJCPO has been very blessed over the years, connecting with Gary Michael Houston, recording music at Whitney Houston’s house, spinning at legendary nightclubs, and even appearing in a Papoose music video. As a child and a member of a popular Mt. Vernon group, he danced at Showtime @ The Apollo, winning seven times. As a young adult, he performed his own music at BET’s Blaze the Stage, losing the battle but still making the DVD. He interned at Inflexwetrustdotcom, writing articles for Funkmaster Flex, and hosted his own mix show on Desert Storm Radio. Over the years, he has built relationships with some of Jersey Club’s pioneers, collaborating musically and sometimes opening for them at New Jersey nightclubs. He’s also opened for some of NY/NJ’s most popular radio DJs and rubbed shoulders with many Hip Hop legends.
