Reminder, Friday August 6th, Minden Concert in the Park. We will be there, serving Pulled Pork Nachos, Pulled Pork sandos, and burgers. Soda and water will also be available. Hope to see a bunch of you there, (weather looks good so far!)

REMINDER! Tomorrow, Minden Concert in the Park. Concert starts at 6:00 pm, we will be ready to serve at 5:00!

Settled on the menu for the July 9th concert:
1. Pulled Pork Grilled cheese sandwich, coleslaw, chips

2. Burnt ends, coleslaw, chips

3. Hamburger or Cheeseburger, coleslaw, chips

4. Limited number of straight grilled cheese w/chips

Confirmed today will be the sole food vendor during the next 2 concerts in the park on July 9th and August 6th.

The trailer is finally HERE! Now to get it registered and certified with the state, and its GAME ON BABY!

Since the page is pushing out updates, I m still on hold for the trailer. Might be done on the 24th, might be the 1st week in April. Grrrrrrr..........Patience is not my best virtue!
