All jokes aside, here’s a reminder to check in on your friends, family, and loved ones. Especially around this time of the year - January 1st is the date with the statistically highest rate of mental health incidents in the world. You never know what someone is dealing with in private and that one text, phone call, or talk could be all they need.

Life moves fast and sometimes you’ve got to take a step back and enjoy, love, and appreciate all the important people around you. ❤️

Try out this full body EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) whenever you only have 10 minutes to spare for training! ⏱️
--------------------------------------------------------
Start a timer for 10 minutes ⏲️

➡️ At the start of every even minute (0, 2, 4, 6, 8) complete 8 BB clean & presses (aiming for a BB that's 60-70% of your body weight)

➡️ At the start of every odd minute (1, 3, 5, 7, 9) complete 10 burpees

➡️ If you finish the minute early, rest the remaining time until the next minute begins.

➡️ If you cant complete all your reps within the minute, stop at the end of the minute interval and move on directly to the next exercise.

➡️ Quick and effective full body training to get your muscles movin and heart pumpin!

➡️ A 10 minute workout is always better than no training at all!
