Salt rising bread- an Appalachian tradition made using organic potatoes, stone ground local cornmeal, real butter, non gmo unbleached flour, and whole milk $9.50 per loaf

Cinny-minnis- our gourmet cinnamon rolls (yea the same ones we demo'd at the SFWV) but on the small size $3.50 per pan
*grab a recipe card for your collection- the dough makes other great bread products as well!

Heat & Eat chicken and Gnocchi soup $4 each(eco friendly container that is freezer/microwave safe) I can do it by the quart Jar as well

GARDEN FRESH VEGGIES!! heirloom tomatoes, green peppers, & cucumbers 🥒🍅🫑 $1 (naturally organic 🚫 pesticides)

ATE sourdough pepperoni rolls $3

ATE chicken salad $5 (comes with croissant packaged separately so nothing gets soggy)

PSA it's almost tater time!! I am working on a day at the Flag pole in Union to sell Kennebec potatoes...so stay tuned!! They are grown locally and naturally without pesticides and with ❤️ from an old school farmer that has never been on the internet, doesn't text, and still uses a flip phone!!

A big GIANT Thank you goes out to everyone that stopped by the WV Building for my demonstrations on Friday! I truly enjoyed my time with ya'll! It is always an honor to create, display, and teach folks how to make homemade delicious and gorgeous bakery products!!

I have received rave reviews and many compliments on my cinnamon rolls!! If ya missed out on these thats ok, I am posting my recipe card below 👇and because I loved this so much and really do enjoy sharing my passion with ya'll, we are working on some "workshop" dates here at my kitchen space!! (I already offer my sourdough starter in dehydrated form with coaching and support to begin your baking journey)

If you were in attendance yesterday and wanted to get some of my sourdough "mother" just shoot me a PM and we can get that arranged!!

No gate keeping over here just sharing, encouraging, and supporting my fellow foodies!!!

Come to the State Fair of West Virginia tomorrow and 2pm. I will be doing a demo in the West Virginia Building of our cinnamon rolls. Who knows, Dalton may even show up 🤷‍♀️.

I ❤️ a good slice of pie and a great cup of coffee to go alongside it‼️

As part of the ATE signature products line you can absolutely experience both of these things!! PERFECTION!!

Pictured 👇is the ATE "PIG DRIPS & MAPLE SIPS" from Mountain Table!! This is truly the best "drip" coffee I've ever experienced!! It is available in both WHOLE BEAN (how I get mine for personal consumption) and ground!! And why yes it will be available in my FARM-STAND starting this weekend! But if you can't wait that long to get your hands on some then our friends @ the Cheese N More Store offer it along with their signature blends as well!!

Did you know that the James Burke House Eatery serves up fresh slices of our pies each week⁉️⁉️ I encourage you to go check them out for yourselves!! Diane, Elise, and the ladies are great!
