When a previous planner becomes a bride and a mama to be you know it's going to be a very special time had by all. Diana and Jeff were one of Raynor Shines 2020 rescheduled couples who ended up eloping in 2020 but still wanted to be able to celebrate their big day with family and friends locally here in Maryland. With several zoom planning meetings from TX, and in person travel meetings to Maryland, this stunning bride saw her vision come to life on a most beautiful day by the water In 2021. 7 Steps to Your Sneak Peek 1. Transfer all images from SD cards to hard drives 2. Import all images from hard drive into Lightroom 3. Quick cull of images (this is where I go 1 by 1 to narrow down those that will be edited!) 4. Work through different sections of the wedding to apply even settings across different lighting scenarios 5. Finalize and export images to hard drive 6. Gather all vendor info for IG and FB tagging 7. Upload to IG and post! This is why I THANK YOU for your patience after your wedding day! I want to be sure I not rushing through any of these steps so that your images are given the time they deserve. So with that, a huge congratulations to Olivia and Ty on your incredible day! I would be remiss if I didn’t highlight this GORGEOUS bouquet from Little House of Flowers that was put together last minute for me to gift to the couple mentioned in my previous post. These blooms are just beautiful! Look at the tucked threads of blossoms and delicate sprays of green. Last week there was a call for a local homeless couple that was getting married in the midst of this dumpster fire of a year. A bunch of us mothers came together to build the bride and groom up who are desperately trying to right their ship in the storm and start a life together to boot. Someone donated a gorgeous white gown. Someone else a tiara and veil. Lights. Decorations for a small intimate table. Tulle. Dinner. A cake. And I chose to provide a topper, letterer banner, and flowers for the Bride to be. I wanted something they could keep as a true memory of their wedding day. Using a compilation of their case worker’s descriptions and scant pictures, I was able to create peg people of the happy couple. I even got a professionally made bridal bouquet from my sweet friends at Little House of Flowers who threw in a matching boutineer for the groom. (Peek It’s matching painted version on the groom shirt!) Shelby & Adam had a perfect fall wedding surrounded by friends, family and a beautiful sunset. Some of my favorite moments were when Shelby did a "first look" with all of her grandmas, when they took a break from photos to feed each other tater tots (#goals) and how then ended the night with a last dance in in the moonlight. You can tell they share a special kind of love and we were all lucky to celebrate it with them
