Thank you to The Galveston Seafarers Center for allowing us to cater 150 guests for their Gala Brunch. We served Crab Cakes Eggs Benedict, Lox and Bagels, Deviled Eggs, Biscuits and Gravy with Bacon and Sausage, Carved Fruits, Coffee, Orange Juice and Tea/Water. Albert Choate was the Honoree for the Gala. Special Thanks to Jane Marie Phillips and Shannon Guillot-Wright.

We catered The Fullen-Trochesset Wedding at Ashton Villa. I really enjoyed catering this wedding. Beautiful Bride, Handsome Groom and great guests enjoyed a Blanco Queso Bar, Combo Fajitas with all the fixings and we broke out the Margarita Machine for Frozen Margaritas with a Grand Marnier floater!
