IMPORTANT INFO: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic our new operating hours are from 8am to 10pm Monday through Saturday and 8am to 5pm on Sunday. Also due to the pandemic we only have one driver so wait times may go from 15 to 20 minutes to 45 minutes to an hour depending on the number of customers a head of your call. Sorry for any inconvenience this my cause. We are doing the best we can with the limited number of employees we currently have. As soon as things get back to normal our normal operating hours will return. Thank you and have a great year.

Hello, and good afternoon. I just wanted to let everyone know that A1 Limousine & Transportation Service LLC is in service and taking every precaution in dealing with the COVID 19 outbreak. The safety of employees and passengers is A1 limousine & Transportation Services LLC's top priority. A1 limousine & Transportation Services LLC uses a standard response plan that outlines preventing the transmission and spread of infectious disease. Listed below are the precautionary steps we are taking to ensure the health and safety of our employees and passengers.

Keeping our employees and our passengers protected.

To ensure we keep our passengers protected, we have taken the following steps:

Employees are not allowed to work if suffering from, runny nose, headaches, coughing, sore throats, fever, and suffer from a general feeling of being unwell.

We wash our hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, Using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60 percent alcohol if soap and water are not available.

Avoid touching eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands.

Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
Cover our mouth and nose with a tissue when we cough or sneeze, then throw the tissue in the trash and wash our hands.

We ask passengers to sit in the back to create physical distance.

Avoid handling money, if possible. Consider wearing disposable gloves if you must collect payment from customers. Use one pair of gloves per customer and throw them away after.

Have tissues and hand sanitizes available for our passengers.

Print and post information for passengers in our back seat.

Disinfect your car regularly

We clean and disinfect our car as often as possible—especially after we drop off passengers who appear to be sick and after every medical passenger, Paying close attention to surfaces that are frequently touched by passengers.

We use a disinfectant that is pre-approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for use against the coronavirus (COVID-19).

We wear disposable gloves when cleaning and only use them once.
