This past weekend was quite eventful for me, beginning with the Big K**b BBQ competition at the Big K**b Grange in Rochester, Pennsylvania. Our aim was to use my rubs on all four meats and get a call, and I'm delighted that we secured 2nd place in the ribs category. Many thanks to Sam Knee and Jeff Heasley for their assistance during the event; the rain didn't dampen our spirits.
On Sunday, I participated in the Parking Lot Pop-Ups in Altoona, where Sam once again provided support, and together we sold over 8 cases of our rubs in just 5 hours. It was fantastic interacting with customers and sharing samples; the organizers did an excellent job, and I'm looking forward to future events.

The day at the Big K**b BBQ left us with 2nd place ribs. My goal this weekend was to get a call using my rubs. Ended up with a 2nd place ribs using my Original Gangsta All Purpose rub. Mission accomplished!
