🎃👻 HEY GALLATIN — WE NEED YOUR HELP! 👻🎃

Scare on a Square 2026 is coming up, and we need a few great people to help us make it happen!

We have the activities planned. We have the fun lined up. Now we just need YOU to help oversee things and keep everything running!

🎃 Trunk or Treat
👻 Costume Parade & Contest
🎪 Halloween Games
🔮 Fortune Teller
🎃 Pumpkin Decorating Contest
…and more!

You don't have to plan anything or take on a huge job. We're asking for just a couple of hours — 2–4 PM — to help make this a great afternoon for our kids and families!

🙋‍♀️ CAN YOU HELP?

Please contact Ginger at Sweet Boutique and let her know you'd like to volunteer!

It takes a community to make these events happen, and every person who steps up makes a difference.

🧡 Come have some fun with us and help make Scare on a Square 2026 a great one!

👻 IT TAKES A VILLAGE TO SCARE on A SQUARE! 🎃

Scare on a Square 2026 is coming up FAST, and we need YOU!

We have a fun afternoon planned for our kids and families, but we need a few helping hands to make it all happen!

If you can give us just a couple of hours on October 31 from 2–4 PM, we need volunteers to help oversee games, the costume parade, pumpkin contest and other activities.

No big commitment. No complicated job. Just come have some fun with us and help make this a great afternoon for our community!

🙋‍♀️ Ready to help?
Reach out to Ginger Williams, message me directly, or stop in at Sweet Boutique to volunteer!

And if volunteering isn't possible this time, give this a share—you may know just the person we're looking for! 🎃

🎨 THE ART IS HERE — AND BIDDING IS OPEN! 🎨
Our Chautauqua Art Stroll Silent Auction pieces are now on display at Sweet Boutique!
We have such a fun mix of artwork — paintings, drawings, photography and one-of-a-kind pieces created by talented artists. Come in, take a look, find your favorite and place your bid!
Every piece was generously donated by one of our participating artists, with proceeds from the silent auction helping Main Street Gallatin continue supporting community activities and projects.
📍 Sweet Boutique
124 W. Grand • Gallatin
Come see them in person — the pictures are just a peek!
And don’t be afraid to bid…you might just go home with a new favorite piece of art while supporting our community at the same time. ❤️
Come in • Check them out • Place your bid!
