We are a Competition BBQ team with award winning sauces and BBQ. Our sauce is not here to be just another bottle at the table, we will be the last bottle you ever reach for. Every detail that we comb over for a competition, we do the exact same for our BBQ when we cater. We would never serve any meat that we would not feel great about giving to a judge. We layer every flavor to ensure you get the best product that we can make! This is a Veteran Owned Business.

Back home and settled in from Smoke on The Mountain Galax, VA. We had a couple calls and got some hardware with a 9th place Hog and sauce took home 2nd place!

Jason and the crew put on an incredible competition each and every year, and we look forward to climbing back in the finals in 2026!
