Merry Christmas, Everyone! I'm so happy I got to spend so much time with all of you! It was an absolute pleasure! I genuinely appreciate all of the businesses, and various hosts that invited me to their events. Now it's time to sit back and enjoy some R&R.

I had a great time with everyone! I started Friday at the Briar Patch Cafe, and went on to High Country Lights Friday Evening. I got to see hundreds of smiling faces at Galax's Appalachian Christmas Festival, and yesterday, I visited Skeeters in Wytheville, The Mason Jar at Claytor Lake, and ended at The Mason Jar in Hillsville.

I met the Grinch at Galax Elementary School yesterday for their "Grinch Day". He needed a little reminding to behave, but otherwise it went well. I'm still undecided as to what list he belongs on.

Happy Saint Nicholas Day everyone! I will be at Galax Elementary School this evening. I can't think of a better way to celebrate this day than to spend it with an entire Elementary School!
