It’s been a hard weekend for the Carpenter family, as we lost my dear uncle Stanley.

It was an honor to always be called to help Stan prepare his dish at potlucks, he’d call me up to order some mashed potatoes to take to a variety of dinners. I’ll miss those calls.

I was so touched by the sign at the Cockerhams BP sign today as well, I know the store won’t be the same without him.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out to me and my family during this time, we will miss him but we know we will see him again.
