Of all the hard things we had to do today, let me tell you about one very special project. Love blanketed the rolling hills and lingered throughout the fields of this family farm- just about a mile down the road from where I grew up. Piney Creek, mmm- a little piece of heaven on earth. Every detail with sentiment, meticulously thought through, a reflection of deep love for one another. Craig’s presence was felt in the piece of his shirt that wrapped his daughter’s bridal bouquet, in the tractor he restored sitting there greeting each guest as they arrived, in the eyes of his sister Lynn and in every blade of grass on the entire farm. Michelle is one of the strongest women I know. She and Karley (and an amazing group of family and friends) worked tirelessly to make this the day Kendra dreamed it would be. I did shed a few tears- happy tears in admiration for the love and support this family has for each other. Cheers to many years of wedded bliss!💗
