Ever been too busy on the dance floor to text back?

Live band, full production, and a crowd that never sits down. This is the kind of night people leave their phones in their pockets for.

Full production means one team is accountable for everything the audience sees, hears, remembers.

For a corporate reception in a historic San Francisco ballroom, our team built the stage, ran the sound, designed the lighting, and booked the headlining act that played on it.

One team held the build, the show, the talent, so nothing had to be handed between vendors on the night.

If you have a corporate reception on the calendar, reach out. Our team will handle the build, the show, and the talent as one scope.

How do you make a room go quiet the second the doors open?

Disco ball dancers, fire, living characters, the kind of talent that turns a party into the thing everyone talks about for weeks. This is the moment your guests walk in and forget to check their phones.

A panel stage only works if the room around it is built to the same standard.

For a fashion week production in New York, our team built the stage, ran the sound, created a custom TV wall, provided a magazine photo booth, ran the lighting, built an LED wall. The screens, the light, the platform — all of it read as one environment rather than a stage set down in a room. Our crew built it, then tore it down after the event.

If you have a panel or a show on the calendar, reach out. Our team will design the production around your room.

A DJ is the only vendor at your event who can read the room and change it in real time.

That's why the booking matters more than the gear. The right DJ watches the floor, knows when to hold a moment and when to move, and gets a corporate crowd dancing without making the night feel like a wedding. We represent America's best DJs across major cities nationwide, so we're matching an act to your room, your crowd, and your run of show rather than to whoever's free that night.

If you have a gala, launch, or corporate party on the calendar, reach out. Our team will work with you to find the right DJ for the night you're planning.

Nothing gets a room mingling like a casino table.

Real dealers, real tables, and that rush every time the ball drops or the dice roll. Guests who came in not knowing anyone end up crowded around the same felt, cheering for people they just met. We run roulette, craps, and blackjack tables, staffed by real dealers who keep the game going all night.

If you have a corporate event or fundraiser on the calendar, reach out. Our team will work with you to build a casino night around it.

Lighting does more to change how a room feels than anything else you'll put in it.

The same ballroom can feel like two different venues before and after doors, and the difference is uplights washing the walls in color, pin spots holding the centerpieces, the room dimming during the program so every eye goes to the stage, and the warmth coming back up when the band starts.

That's the actual work: deciding what the room should feel like at each point in the night, then designing and cueing it to get there. We do it in ballrooms, museums, cathedrals, and tents.

If you have a gala or corporate dinner on the calendar, reach out. Our team will work with you to develop a lighting design that matches your vision and brings the room to life.

Nothing changes the temperature of a room like a live band.

One minute people are talking over drinks, the next the whole floor is packed and nobody wants to sit down. A playlist can carry background noise; it can't read a room and build toward that moment the way a band does. We represent America's best bands and musicians across major cities nationwide, matching the act to your room and your run of show instead of to whoever happens to be free.

If you have a gala, wedding, or corporate event on the calendar, reach out. Our team will work with you to build the entertainment around it.

A gala runs on details most guests never think to look for: the pacing of the program, the lighting cues throughout the night, and the timing of every speech landing exactly when it should.

We design and produce the full night start to finish, working room by room and cue by cue, so a cathedral, a candlelit pavilion, or a ballroom all deliver the same sense of occasion.

If you have a gala or awards dinner on the calendar, reach out. Our team will work with you to design and produce a night that matches the occasion.

Bistro lights: the smallest touch that changes everything.

Bistro lighting strung overhead turns any space into a warm, easy glow. The room feels softer, the night feels longer, and everyone settles in a little more.

Simple lights, big difference.
