The Creepy Carnival Comes to Life!

Step right up and see the Rymax company Halloween party in action! We had an incredible time transforming their New Jersey event into a true “Creepy Carnival.” Our team provided all the immersive set decor and a full cast of performers, including a Ring Master, contortionist, juggler, clowns, and tarot card readers. Guests also got to try their luck at our custom-wrapped claw and cash grab machines while our roaming photobooth captured all the spooky, fun moments. Let us bring your wildest theme party to life.

Step Right Up! The Rymax Creepy Carnival!

We had a wickedly great time bringing the "Creepy Carnival" theme to life for Rymax's company Halloween party in New Jersey! ➡️ Swipe through to see all the spooky details. Our team curated a complete, immersive experience, providing all the set decor to transform the space. Guests were entertained by a roaming Ring Master, a contortionist, clowns, a juggler, and mysterious tarot card readers. We also provided custom-wrapped games, including a claw machine and cash grab machine, while our roaming photobooth was there to capture all the screams and smiles. We were thrilled to produce the Jingle Ball Pre-Show Free Show outside Capital One Arena! Before the main event started, we set the stage for an incredible afternoon of music featuring Max McNown, Haven Madison, and Alexander Stewart. Our team provided the complete audio and staging setup, with our expert audio engineers mixing the show to ensure these talented artists sounded perfect for the crowd. We also created a grand entrance for the fans, installing a truss archway with a custom-printed banner. It was the perfect way to get the energy up before the doors opened. Our team designed an interactive sports arcade that invited guests to put their athleticism to the test with challenges like the high jump, stick-drop reflex test, and NFL 2-minute drill. At the heart of the experience stood a striking custom LED wall doubling as a dynamic scoreboard for team voting and a vibrant display for videos and sponsor highlights. To capture the excitement, we delivered a 360 booth with a branded backdrop and a live camera feed of the entire space. Capping off the evening, our very own DJ Q kept the momentum high by blending curated tracks through a custom-built sound system that amplified every beat.
