The Planet Word Girl Scouts Event at Planet Word Museum brought together an energetic crowd for an evening that called for a full production setup. We provided staging, a complete AV system with microphone support, live stream capabilities, and a Magic Mirror photo booth that kept guests entertained throughout the night. We went ALL out for the Steel Across America Tunnels 2 Towers event at Fort Wadsworth.

NBA Hoops. Air Hockey. Ping Pong. Arcade Games. Life-Size Battleship. Giant Space Invaders. Stick Drop. And that was just the games.

We also had airbrush tattoo artists and balloon animal artists on-site, keeping the energy going in every corner of the venue. The US Army Reserve Center on Staten Island turned into the ultimate entertainment floor — and every single activation had a line.

We built an experience from the ground up

Carahsoft and AWS came together at Planet Word Museum in Washington, DC for an evening that called for more than a standard setup. We built out a custom stage with backdrop, truss and lighting design, gobo lighting, uplights, a GlamBot, and a claw machine — creating an environment that felt as impressive as the brands behind the event.
