Why this is risky: Passing a pair of 8s in the Charleston is like throwing away a perfectly good spoon because you’re pretty sure you’ll find another one later. Maybe you will. But why gamble with your soup?
And the flower? That little guy is often the decorative cousin in the hand — not always glamorous, but sometimes it’s the only thing keeping the whole family photo from looking weird. So don’t evict it just because it’s standing there quietly.
A better choice: Pass the tile that has the least emotional support. The one with no friends. No backup. No future. Just a lonely little square with a dream and a bad résumé.
