Our Parent/Child classes (Mini-Mites & Mom) are a dynamic and creative physical education movement program. Our class is designed specifically for children between the ages of 18 months to 3 ½ years old. Parents/Caregivers and instructors work together, playing and interacting with each child in a hands-on manner. Skills are presented in a less structured way, allowing the child the freedom to direct their own experience. A full gymnastics program geared towards a toddler’s level of learning. This is a 45 minute class. $10/class DROP IN

Our Preschool classes (Gym-Mites) are a dynamic motor skill development program for ages 3 ½ to 5 years old. Using gymnastics as our basis, we engage children in fun, high energy activities that encourage gross motor skills, visual motor skills, balance, and social development. Students will learn all basic gymnastics skills, while improving their balance, strength, flexibility and coordination. This is a 45 minute class. $39/month

Our Children to Teen classes range from the total beginner to the advanced gymnast/tumbler for ages 6 and up. Students continue to learn basic, progressive gymnastics skills in a non-competitive atmosphere. Children are recognized for their individual efforts and achievements, and encouraged to have fun as they build skills. FlipNFun Gymnastics classes also introduce the concepts of strength training, flexibility and muscle conditioning. This is a 60 minute class. SEPERATE CLASSES ARE OFFERED FOR BOYS AND GIRLS! Our Advanced Level classes are the next level of gymnastics & tumbling instruction. This class is offered to students who have all the basic and are physically able to advance to more difficult skills. Our program welcomes both gymnasts with the potential to compete, and those who are purely interested in learning recreational gymnastics. Gymnasts are taught the fundamentals of tumbling, beam, bars and vault in a positive atmosphere that emphasizes personal effort and achievement. Our Tumbling classes are designed to teach gymnastic skills necessary for cheerleading and dance. Our Private Lessons are one on one private instructions ideal for anyone needing to perfect their skills. We offer Adult Fitness classes for women who are looking to make "Getting in Shape" FUN!! Those classes are called FITNFUN and are DROP IN for only $10/class. These classes are designed for women ages 18-80, and any fitness level, body type, or fitness goals are welcome. You will never have this much fun getting in shape!!
