Some things I believe about wedding films that most videographers won’t say out loud.

I’ve watched couples open a wedding album and smile. I’ve watched those same couples press play on their film and completely lose it within the first 30 seconds.
It’s not that one is better. It’s that they do different things. And a great wedding film should wreck you in the best possible way.

Here’s where I stand:

Your wedding day will be a blur. Your film shouldn’t be.
The best shot of your day is one nobody planned for.

A wedding film that doesn’t make you feel anything is just a very expensive souvenir.

My job isn’t to make your wedding look beautiful. It’s to make you feel it again in 20 years.

Sound is half the film. Most videographers treat it like an afterthought.
