The caramel on the cinnamon rolls is made with honey from Marcinek Farms Mayflower Food Truck. It is DELICIOUS!

• Jerk Chicken Perlo: Smoked jerk chicken perched atop rice simmered in our house made jerk sauce.

• Brisket Perlo: Smoked Black Angus brisket daintily reclining on rice simmered in brisket broth, wine, herbs and spices,

• Pork Perlo: Smoked pork butt reposed upon rice simmered in white wine, citrus and spices,

• Smoked Tomato Rice: Rice simmered in smoked tomato confit, saffron, wine and spices. * Vegan.*

Based on feedback so far, it will be the perlo rice menu. Cinnamon rolls and Black Irish Cream Pie are also on the menu.
