Teepee Dreamzzz is here to create the party event of your dreams. We craft themed party settings by selecting all the elements that allow us to create a cohesive aesthetic look. Often times we hand-craft many of the party props to achieve a "one-of-a-kind" look. Our rent
als consist of themed settings. We do not rent individual items but the whole theme setting. We set everything up and break it down. We do NOT ship our rentals nor can they be picked up. We want to make sure that the setup looks exactly how we and the client envisioned it and is safe. Rentals Pricing
Prices vary depending mainly on the number of teepees and theme setting you choose from our current options. We have premium themed settings and also classic settings. All our premium themed settings include a considerable number of props, string lights, throw pillows and decoration, which is reflected in the price. We also offer classic setups with fewer or no props, and simpler decor but still dreamy and beautiful, keeping our high-end look. Personalized options and add-ons increase the final cost. We can also work on a completely new theme or party decor. On this last scenario, pricing is on a case by case basis. There is also a transportation fee to some towns. There could be an additional fee when the setup takes place in rooms or backyards that are considerably distant from the driveway or we have to move our equipment by elevator. Packages & Pricing
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve date of party. This will be deducted from the total due. This includes all packages and custom orders. All Packages Include:

Contract & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to book an event. The deposit secures the date and time. In order to confirm your event, a contract must be signed along with the deposit. Terms and conditions are found within the contract. The balance is due three days before event at the end of business day. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to event date. Although deposit is non-refundable, it can be applied towards a future reservation within 30 days of original booking if cancelled. Cancellations made due to weather conditions on the date of the event will receive a full refund excluding customization costs. Service Area & Transportation Fee
We are based out of Gainesville, GA, and serve most towns within 45 miles. There is a transportation fee depending on the area. Some areas in Hall County have no transportation fee. We can travel outside of our service area. However, the transportation fee might be significantly higher than the one applicable to the service area.
