"I honestly don’t even know where to start when it comes to Stephanie and White Buffalo Barn.
She made everything so easy during what can be such a stressful time. Since we live over an hour away, her décor package was a lifesaver. She collaborated with my wife, took our ideas, and set everything up perfectly so we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
We also had Stephanie coordinate our wedding day, and she kept everything running as smoothly as humanly possible considering our wild bunch. Whether she was keeping difficult guests in line, making sure everything stayed on schedule, or doing a little jig during the reception while stopping by to ask if we needed drink refills, she was everywhere—and somehow always smiling.
One of my favorite little touches was something we didn’t even know about until later. Stephanie had put a big piece of our wedding cake in the refrigerator in our evening suite. After the craziness of the night was finally over, my wife and I got to sit down, have a nightcap, and eat unexpected wedding cake together. It was such a small thing, but it meant so much.
And then there was the minivan.
Our wedding was after several days of heavy rain, and my sweet ride—a rental minivan—got completely stuck in the mud. I didn’t want to inconvenience anyone, so naturally I decided I could handle it myself.
I could not.
Stephanie noticed me out there playing in the mud and immediately sprang into action. Before I knew it, she was knee-deep in mud and crawdads with a smile on her face like she does this four times a week and twice on Sunday. It took us close to two hours, but that sweet ride was finally freed.
“Above and beyond” doesn’t even begin to cover it.
I cannot say enough good things about Stephanie, her staff, and White Buffalo Barn. They didn’t just give us a beautiful venue—they genuinely took care of us.
100/10 would recommend.
If you pass up White Buffalo Barn, you’re nuts."
