Some fun facts for this months flower 🌹
-Roses are one of the oldest flowers, dating back to 35 million years ago.
-Roses are the national flower in the US.
-Roses can also grow into a fruit, called a Rose Hip. It’s shaped like a berry and is often red, but can be found in black and dark purple.

Some of you may know and others may not. My manager of 20 years, (Jenny) her oldest son just graduated from high school and received an academic scholarship to Ohio Wesleyan, was involved in a soccer incident in the fall that resulted in a Scan that found the Suboccipital craniotomy for cyst fenestration and endoscopic septostomy. In terms more understandable, a cyst that has formed in his skull near the brain will be drained and removed. Today is his surgery day at Nationwide Children's Hospital he goes back at 9:20 and surgery should take about 4 hours.

Please keep Brad in your prayers today and during his recovery. Please pray for his surgeons skilled hands and for Jenny as she supports Brad during his recovery.

Update...Surgery didn't start until 12

UPDATE 4:28 p.m.! Surgery went Great and he will be headed for recovery soon. Thank you everyone for your prayers and positive thoughts.
