Quiet, but busy!! 🤔💭

As Maddie has been promoted to a Lead Planner, we’re introducing our new Event Manager!

Everyone meet Shakia! She may look familiar as she was a recent bride of Belton Bliss Events. She did so fabulous planning her own wedding that we decided to bring her onboard. Shakia has been assisting with weddings for the last 3 months and has shown such a passion for ensuring our clients have the BEST experience possible.

Shakia was raised in Belhaven, NC (right outside of the Outer Banks), a graduate from UNCG, and now resides in Greensboro with her husband. Shakia comes to us with a love for travel and being a fellow foodie. She has a passion for serving as she’s been well involved with her community. We are so excited to have Shakia on the team!

Maddie is Raleigh born and bred, and also a part of the BBE Family as one of our very own brides! She’s a graduate from App State with a degree in business and is completely about business! She has a passion for planning and ensuring each clients vision is executed flawlessly.

1.19.2025 - Meet the Seltuns 🤍

This very elegant black and white wedding was a great way to start the new year! The bride and her sister did an absolutely beautiful job on the florals for the ground arch.

This day held a very special place in Myesha’s heart as this beautiful couple exchanged vows at the very same venue she also was wed back in 2021. The coincidental similarities had everyone in the feels all day!

🌿🌻 This wedding was affectionately known as the “Whimsical Woodland Elegance” (a combo of enchanted forest + cottage core + boho + rustic + a sprinkle of shabby chic). This bride was truly a DIY girlie!! With her beautiful design in mind, we were able to bring together her vision, which created an atmosphere that was truly authentic to this beautiful couple’s lives together. We’re just so honored to have been a part of this special day, filled with an outpouring of love! The intimacy and love that spread across the fields of this secluded venue were truly touching, and served as a reminder in why Belton Bliss Events was even created. I think we’re starting to fall more in love with micro-weddings, and I’m not mad at it. Congratulations to Mike + Kristen!! 🤍
