Indigenous Food Ways in Santa Fe yesterday was successful for our PFG team. They did a fantastic job!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

From Chef Justin’s ‘Textures of Squash’ food demonstration, to our sweet dessert tasting bites being a hit, and our famous Green Chile Pork sandwiches and nachos being the cherry on top for everyone!🔥 We heard nothing but great compliments and met many new faces✨

The best part of the event was being with our amazing chef/farmer friends who came near and far, ending the day with them at the dinner table❤️

This afternoon Justin and Tia caught their flight and now have landed safely in Minneapolis St. Paul for the week where they’ll be joining Sean Sherman and the whole crew at Indigena by Owamni.

Praise God they made it safe!🙌🏼

Well, thank God we made it to Tucson, AZ! It's longer & windier (if that's a word) than I remember 😒.

But, we're going to sleep REALLY good tonight! This hotel is gorgeous!😍 If you ever get a chance to stay here, do it! It has everything! 🤗

Unfortunately, we're down two people, but pray we still put out some awesome food for some very important leaders here at the U of A Tribal Leadership Summit.

We're missing our girl Tia, but pray she does a great job in the rough. 🙏🏼❤️ We know she will! She's frickin Uh-Mazing!! 😉

The Indigenous Foodways Festival celebrates and honors the vibrant, living culinary traditions and ancestral knowledge of Indigenous peoples across the Southwest. Through storytelling, demonstration, hands-on classes, art, and shared food, the festival uplifts Indigenous voices, fostering connection, understanding, and community. Our mission is to create a space where tradition and innovation come together to showcase how Indigenous foodways sustain culture, identity, land stewardship, and future generations.
