After a long , lonnnnnnnggggg day this hit all the dinner needs and utilized a good deal of our fresh ripe Tomatoes .

While Rogan Josh is traditionally made with Mutton or Lamb hailing from the Kashmari region of India , I decided this supper plan last minute and did not have our Lamb thawed out this time .
The recipe is in the comments ! Can swap out the chicken for Lamb stew meat or chops easily .

Back to School Quiches for easy healthy breakfasts for the kiddos . 🏫🎒✏️🍎

1 unbaked pie crust
1 zucchini
1 summer squash
2 fist fulls Cherry or San Marzano Tomatoes
1/2 lb -1 lb ground lamb or lamb sausage
6 Farm Eggs Chicken or Duck
1 cup-ish of whole milk
1 bunch fresh parsley chopped
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Greek Seasoning

Brown the lamb burger & set aside
Slice vegetables
Chop parsley
Layer into unbaked pie crust
Crack eggs one by one into separate bowl and whisk in milk and seasonings with a fork , pour over pie fillings
Bake at 375 until the egg is set and lightly browned top . Allow Quiche to cool and Slice into individual servings. I like the make this Quiche up the evening before and make a few at a time to grab and go in the mornings as we have a lengthy drive to school . Fairly mess free for the car and filling .

A fresh strawberry crisp pie featuring Owl Creek Organics & Natural Products wild flower honey infused strawberries & our old fashioned flakey lard crust . This beauty will be headed to a customer for his weekend . Pie is always a good way to woo a special someone .
