So I have to say after trimming that I see why it’s $8.00 a pound. The fat literally melted in my hands. Was like butter to cut while trimming. The marbeling is like nothing I’ve seen. I’ve been very impressed with Hooser Custom Meats in Frost, TX. Their skirt steak is absolutely amazing, as are the steaks. I’ve no doubt this will impress as well!
