Brooketiful Express, is dedicated to empowering and nurturing confident young girls. Our spa services and glam parties are designed to cultivate positive self-images and boost self-esteem. In light of a recent event, we would like to share some policy changes and updates to maintain our positive image. Please take note of the following:
Policy Changes:
1. A 15-30 minute consultation must be scheduled within 48 hours of sending a booking request. This will ensure that our vision aligns with your expectations.
2. Once the consultation is completed, an invoice will be sent, and payment must be made within 24 hours to secure your preferred date.
3. Payment for your scheduled party is due 7 days in advance.
Bus Rules:
1. We kindly request that children refrain from using profanity.
2. Provocative dancing is not permitted during our parties.
3. We create a fun and wholesome environment by playing only clean, family-friendly music.
4. Please arrive with bare nails to enjoy our nail services fully.
5. Children who arrive with polish or gel polish on their nails will forfeit our mani-pedi service.
6. Please note that we are closed on Fridays and cannot accommodate requests for service on that day.
7. We provide beverages for your convenience and kindly ask that outside beverages not be brought along.
8. Our services are exclusively available for children aged 9 and under.
9. If a child chooses to leave our bus before the scheduled time, we respect their decision and will not force them to stay.
