Triple wedding weekend ended with to weddings today, we finally got invited to The Clovis Castle for some awesome appetizers and at the same time a beautiful lake side full service wedding in the sequoias. Don’t bother with the rest when you can call the best.

Even on a triple wedding weekend, we have time to work on our research and development for our food truck menu. May I present the triple nasty three tiered meatloaf sandwich on onion rings, Franklin sauce and our housemate signature meatloaf topped with smoked Gouda still targeting the first week of November to open, you cannot rush perfection we will be the number one food truck in the Central Valley, hands-down

Food trailer update we’re running electrical. We have a ceiling window panels. It’s coming together due to the lengthy and incredible wasteful approval process from our lovely California regulators and the fact that October is the number one month for SHC‘s Catering business we are going to now target are opening date for the first week of November, you can’t rush perfection

Progress Report! So as you might have heard SHC is in the process of opening SHK (Southern Hospitality Kitchen) right in front of our Blackstone Ave location. We thought we found a used trailer but the local health department wasn’t much help in making sure it would pass in Fresno County so we decided to commission our own custom $100,000 food trailer. We have started to develop the menu and our New York Pastrami is on hit. We will have an East Coast diner vibe and serve the best food in town. Mid September is our estimated launch date
