Food trailer update we’re running electrical. We have a ceiling window panels. It’s coming together due to the lengthy and incredible wasteful approval process from our lovely California regulators and the fact that October is the number one month for SHC‘s Catering business we are going to now target are opening date for the first week of November, you can’t rush perfection

Progress Report! So as you might have heard SHC is in the process of opening SHK (Southern Hospitality Kitchen) right in front of our Blackstone Ave location. We thought we found a used trailer but the local health department wasn’t much help in making sure it would pass in Fresno County so we decided to commission our own custom $100,000 food trailer. We have started to develop the menu and our New York Pastrami is on hit. We will have an East Coast diner vibe and serve the best food in town. Mid September is our estimated launch date

Pending Fresno health department compatibility and a visual inspection plus It’s gonna need a paint job, but my offer has been accepted. Financing‘s been secured Southern hospitality Company is now in the food truck business we will be opening Southern Hospitality Company diner right out front of our shop on Blackstone Avenue at the Paradise Village shopping center. We will have classic diner fair plus international street food available. The goal is to open in July.
