Back in the day I used to tell people. “Don’t like bbq? Let me give you one rib and I’ll make you a believer.” I feel like this still holds true. Just one rib. But since then, we’ve gotten so much better at everything we do. What our team does is pretty darn magical. Our brisket, chicken lollipops, pork belly, pulled pork. And y’all already know about those Texas Twinkies. People love our Mac and cheese, chili beans, potato salad, rice pilaf. Even all of our desserts. If you haven’t had our tres leches cornbread you’re missing out. So I guess what I’m trying to say is... Don’t like bbq? Come give us a shot. We’ll make you a believer. And you’ll be glad you did. Open Wednesday thru Saturday. 10:30 am to 2:30 pm. Or sold out.
