Both 15 Landsdowne Catering , and RangeOars Row would like to send out a huge ‘thank you’ to all the amazing people who donated items | experiences to the silent auction fundraiser happening at our EAT FOR A CAUSE fried chicken dinner fundraiser this Sunday!

All items in the auction will be online and ready for bidding by tomorrow evening. We figured that since many of you aren’t too terribly close to this part of Hunterdon County, NJ, we would make bidding easier.

Now, we would LOVE to have some other things in the silent auction. Whether you’re a restaurant, an inn, a spa or have a getaway you’d like to share, we would be beyond grateful for any donations for this incredible cause!

We will post the link to the SILENT AUCTION site once it is live. ALL proceeds go directly to the local NJ 501(c)(3) RangeOars Row- and their mission to raise awareness to and to end VETERAN SU***DE. (www.RangeOarsRow.org to learn more about their mission.)

We are about a week away from the fabulous fried chicken fundraiser for team RangeOars Row! We are feeling the love, and support for their incredible (albeit a bit crazy) mission to row (yes, I REALLY do mean ROW) across the Pacific from California to Kauai to raise money and awareness to Veteran Mental Health Issues and ultimately to help end Veteran Su***de.

Join 15 Landsdowne Catering and the Quakertown NJ Fire Company-91 Fire/Rescue on the 23rd, from 11AM-5PM at the Quakertown (NJ) Fire Company for a wonderful afternoon of food, drink and community. All are welcome to take-out or eat in. 100% of these proceeds go directly to RangeOars Row a NJ 501-3 (c) and are tax deductible.

🍺 There will be Freedom Brew Beer & Ironbound Hard Cider available on-site for purchase.

🏞️ We will have some silent auction items available, including some wonderful getaways in Jim Thorpe and the Catskills, Metropolitan Seafood Lobster Boil and well, you KNOW 15 Landsdowne had to donate as well!

🚣🏼‍♂️The boat that team RangeOars Row will be trekking across the Pacific in will be on-site, along with team Captain, and local Pittstown resident (and, well, my husband..lol) Roy Emerson. He will be answering questions and also be working the 'Donate to sign the boat' table.

Join 15 Landsdowne, the Quakertown Fire Company and RangeOars Row at the Quakertown Fire Company (NJ) firehouse, on Sunday, March 23rd for a very special event in support of an incredible endeavor to raise money and awareness in the fight against Veteran Su***de.

5 US ARMY SPECIAL OPERATIONS VETERANS | 1 OCEAN ROWBOAT | 2800 MILES ACROSS THE PACIFIC OCEAN | 1 ULTIMATE MISSION

On June 7th, 2025, 5 US Army Special Operations Veterans will set out from Monterrey, California, rowing 2800 miles to the island of Kauai in the World’s Toughest Row. Their mission is to raise funds for their partner charities in their fight to prevent Veteran Su***de and to raise awareness of Veteran mental health issues.

Team RangeOars Row (a 501-3 (c) non-profit) began with a desire to continue to serve their Nation by promoting awareness of Veterans’ Mental Health issues and inspiring positive change through their support of allied programs and charities.

Their ultimate goal is to create a world where veterans are universally recognized, supported, and empowered, with mental health challenges addressed as a vital aspect of their well-being. Their ultimate desire is to build a future where every veteran receives the care, respect, and opportunity they deserve, fostering a society that stands united in the commitment to their mental health and overall healing.

The non-profit is locally based here in Hunterdon County, and the team captain just happens to be my husband (yes, he really is this crazy). With all that in mind, 15 Landsdowne Catering and the Quakertown Fire Company, on behalf of RangeOars Row will be hosting a Community Fried Chicken event with 100% of the proceeds going to the RangeOars Row team.

Happy New Year and happy February! We know, we are a bit late on the happy New Year but We all took January to reset after the craziness that is the holiday season.

I truly cannot believe I get to continue to do what I love. I am sure there aren't adequate words to begin to convey what a gift that is. To be part of so many amazing events, whether a fabulous wedding or an intimate dinner party at home, is truly such an honor. Thank you for both letting and trusting us to be part of your incredible celebrations.

It is a magical thing to watch a client's vision for their event take shape. It is beyond incredible each time we see them actually enjoying their events and their guests. We are beyond humbled each and every time that we get to actually DO this. Thank you, for keeping us dreaming of new ways to create both events and food that continue to tell your stories.

With our event season in somewhat of a hibernation for the winter; many have been anxiously anticipating the season of the pop-up dinner! In the realm of my personal creativity, the Pop-Up Dinners have my heart. Stay-tuned we have a surprise or two in store.

What a privilege it is to be able to share these dinners with you, and to watch you enjoy taking a moment to stop, relax, and enjoy one another. There is nothing better for me than to hear laughter. Food, at least for me, is absolutely a conveyance of love, laughter, and community. To be able to share it with you is one of my greatest joys. Thank you.

Finally, NONE of the above is possible without the MOST amazing humans that I have the privilege of working with. I would tag you all but I figured you all know who you are. Thank you all for constantly going the extra mile in service to our clients, and for taking our vision and making it even better than anyone could have imagined. You are the BEST and I love you all.
