Hope prep is well underway for you guys, and best of luck! The first 10 to sign up will be receiving a free grey frost shirt! You guys will be able to pick up your shirt at check in Thursday and Friday the week of the show in September. We will be making more custom clothing also for this year. Hope you guys are all ready for the swag.

Sometimes it’s not about the trophy — it’s about the moment. This is the way I look at every show I do.

This weekend I stepped on stage against 9 incredible pro bodybuilders. The lineup was stacked, and the energy was unreal.

I didn’t walk in expecting anything — I just wanted to bring my best and stand beside my big brother on that stage and that is exactly what I got. That was the highlight of everything for me. Unfortunately my mother was not here to see it. His guidance has done magic and it shows. I have no one else to thank but him.

Placing 5th out of 9 was just the cherry on top, but honestly, just being up there was the real reward and living in the moment.

To share that stage, surrounded by athletes who live and breathe this lifestyle, reminded me exactly why I love this sport.

Keep showing up. Keep pushing. Win or lose — growth always happens under pressure. As long as I can keep doing this we will. And as long as I can keep promoting for Battle of The Bay I will.

My wife helps me in every aspect also and none of this would be possible without her because outside of bodybuilding and promoting i have two jobs and I stay busy constantly. Thank you for everyone that supports us at Battle of The Bay and to everyone that has sent me messages. Now to finish strong at worlds. I am excited to have fun and finish strong. I just want to have a great time and that is it!

The older you get, the more important your health becomes — not the other way around.

Getting older doesn’t mean slowing down, losing your edge, or accepting excuses like “my metabolism isn’t the same.”

Strength, muscle, and discipline are built through years of consistent effort — the same habits that serve you in your 20s, carry you powerfully through your 40s, 50s, and beyond.

Consistency and adherence aren’t age-dependent. They’re life-dependent.

Every rep, every meal, every decision — it all compounds.

We have a lot of crossovers this year, so putting the list together was a challenge. Athletes, be ready. Some of you will be going on stage almost back-to-back. We’ll give you times so you know when to be ready.

✅ Pay attention to the classes on stage and who’s up next.
✅ Listen to staff working backstage — they’ll help keep things moving smoothly.
✅ Remember, it’s your responsibility to be ready for your class. If you miss your class, we cannot be held responsible.

When you’re not getting prepped (tanned, oiled, lined up), enjoy the show and hang out. Be respectful backstage with fellow athletes and staff. Let’s make this a fun, professional, and unforgettable event!
