Saturday live music by Taproom Fix Band at 6pm. We will be hosting 2 Fruitport groups on Saturday also. Those turning 70 AND those celebrating their 25th class reunion. 🔹▫️

After months of dedication and hard work, I've finally finished fabricating my new smoker rig and was able to get the business licensed. I am now seizing opportunities to share my BBQ at festivals and catering events, including weddings and other celebrations, and I'm excited about setting up at the upcoming Dizzi Daze festival in Six Lakes this weekend.

Finalizing the new smoker, just in time for our first competition this Saturday. Performed the first firing today and it is holding steady at the correct temperatures. While more work is needed to complete this rig, the smoker aspect is nearly complete. We are excited to cook with it for the first time.

We're thrilled to announce significant strides in developing our new smoker rig, with plans to launch operations in July. We'll share regular updates and invite you to spread the word to help us grow our community. We're on track to start business as soon as the setup is complete. We wish everyone had a wonderful weekend paying tribute to our fallen heroes, whose sacrifices allow us to cherish our freedoms today.

I’ve just about got the new smoker finished up. Fired it up last night and everything worked great. Just need to build the cooking grates and it’ll be ready to roll!
