Finalizing the new smoker, just in time for our first competition this Saturday. Performed the first firing today and it is holding steady at the correct temperatures. While more work is needed to complete this rig, the smoker aspect is nearly complete. We are excited to cook with it for the first time.

We're thrilled to announce significant strides in developing our new smoker rig, with plans to launch operations in July. We'll share regular updates and invite you to spread the word to help us grow our community. We're on track to start business as soon as the setup is complete. We wish everyone had a wonderful weekend paying tribute to our fallen heroes, whose sacrifices allow us to cherish our freedoms today.

I’ve just about got the new smoker finished up. Fired it up last night and everything worked great. Just need to build the cooking grates and it’ll be ready to roll!
