Goose Island Clambakes We are a family owned business that has been serving the coast of Maine and beyond for over 30 years.

We cater all events from intimate party’s to gatherings of 1,000 plus. Whatever your Clambake / Lobsterbake needs, Goose Island Clambakes can help! Goose Island Clambakes offers a traditional menu of locally caught lobster, fresh dug clams, sweet corn, red potatoes, Vidalia onions, and of course melted butter. All this is cooked in bed of fresh picked seaweed over a wood fire. Also available are s

alads, deserts, and lobster substitutions (chicken, steak, and vegetable kabobs). Our services include cooking, serving, and a full cleanup including garbage removal at the end of the night. We also provide all the necessary paper products (plates, cutlery, crackers, picks, napkins, wet-naps, bibs, salt & pepper, etc).
