The last dahlia of the year!
This month will be spent digging the tubers, planting bulbs for spring, hauling compost and making Christmas wreaths! So while our fresh flowers might be over, we have lots of exciting plans ahead❄️

And that's a wrap on the 2025 wedding season! 🥂
This weekend was the last of over 20 weddings that we provided flowers to this year! This was our busiest season yet, starting in April and working into October with planning, growing, harvesting and arranging local, island flowers to create memories all around Whidbey. Thank you to everyone who helped make this year such a success. From brides and grooms to their families, to for constant support, for such an incredible partnership, and especially to my Mom for always being there to help harvest (with flashlight if needed), helping construction arches, and especially for always providing such loving encouragement.

We will keep cutting fresh flowers for the stand at Foxtail until the frost, then we'll switch over to dried flowers and wreaths for the holiday season! ✨
