RULES‼️‼️‼️‼️

📍I’m a small business not a corporation!! Please don’t ask me for discounts!!
If you can not afford my price I can try to find you a cheaper or option or you can reach out to another banner maker

📌 My business hours are Monday - Thursday 7am- 7pm Friday 9am -5pm EST , if you reach out outside these hours I will do my absolute best to respond but it is not a promise

📍 Please understand once you agree to your mockup there are no changes!

📌 If for any reason your event is canceled or rescheduled your deposit is non refundable! However it will remain on the books for 1 year from original date to be used

📍 I required at least 10 days notice for posters!! Anything less will be charged a $10 rush fee and 24 Hour notice requires a $25 rush fee and is local Pickup only

📍If your invoice has a promotion rate or discount and is not paid within the valid dates for discounts promo will be removed from invoice

📌 If your deposit is not received within 24 hours of your invoice your invoice will be canceled and will be charged add $2 to reinstate invoice
