It was our fall season all-staff kick off meeting & deep clean today. 4 times a year we get everyone together to train, reflect on our wins & talk through constructive feedback / pain points. We also celebrate our hard working Cottage Crew and the culture that makes the place thrive. We got our hands dirty and dodged a few downpours (there were laughs!) 😅
And we got to award two deserving team members of our Cottage Core Culture Award!
Since joining our team, we've had the privilege of watching Berenisse grow into an outstanding employee. Over the past year, she has shown incredible maturity, initiative, and a genuine willingness to do whatever is needed to help make each event successful. She is dependable, hardworking, and often one step ahead, making her an invaluable part of our team. We are so proud of how far she has come and can't wait to see what the future holds for her! She has also referred other team members and always shows such a positive attitude to our culture and our business. She is also just a pleasure to have around! Congratulations to Berenisse!
Travis is truly a man of many talents… and STRENGTH! As the only male member of the Cottage Crew, he has somehow managed to fit right in with all of us girls… especially since we’re constantly asking him to help with anything that requires a little extra muscle! But jokes aside, Travis is so much more than just our go-to guy when something needs moved, lifted, fixed, or figured out. He is dependable, hardworking, incredibly easy to be around, and always willing to go above and beyond to help the team. Whether he’s jumping in wherever he’s needed or checking things off Katie’s maintenance to-do list, we know we can count on him. Congrats to Travis!
