When Gary and I first saw this little historic chapel in 2013, we didn't see what everyone else saw.
We didn't just see a building that had been neglected.
We saw what it could become.
For years, we poured our time, our work, our hearts, and our faith into bringing this special place back to life. Piece by piece, project by project, we watched something that had almost been lost become beautiful again.
And then something happened that made all that work mean even more.
Couples began getting married here. 💍
In 2017, we celebrated our first wedding at the chapel. Since then, I have had the privilege of watching brides walk through these doors, hearing vows spoken inside these walls, seeing families come together, and watching two people begin a brand-new chapter of their lives.
That's why Hill Country Wedding Chapel means so much to me.
It isn't simply a wedding venue.
It's a story of restoration.
A place that was given another beginning has become a place where couples come to begin theirs.
That's why the words “From Ashes to Beauty” will always be part of our story. 🤍
