Smoked Fish Dip | $18 Cold-smoked Key West yellowtail snapper delicately blended with herbs and spices, accompanied by house-pickled vegetables, everything crackers, and freshly baked crostini.

Braised Beef Short Rib | $45 Slow-braised beef short rib in a rich red wine demi-glace, served over house-made pappardelle with a luxurious Dolce Gorgonzola cream sauce.

Cuban Stuffed Pork Loin | $40 Roasted pork loin layered with Serrano ham, Genoa salami, Swiss cheese and dill pickles, served over mashed potatoes and glazed carrots and finished with a zesty mustard beurre blanc.
