Papa Os catered a formal wedding for us at a barn venue and they knocked it out of the ballpark. Curtis, owner, is courteous, very professional and accommodating and raised the standards bar high. Basically, he made delicious food (bbq’d onsite so everything was freshly prepared) that was beautifully served and it was in abundance. He was available by phone to answer questions, make changes to the menu, etc. What also stood out was his serving staff - friendly, professional, available for water refreshing, taking away plates, etc without being hasty or in the way just very polite and on hand to serve guests. Everything went smoothly and all this at a reasonable cost. Don’t look further if you want a full on bbq for any occasion. Papa Os is the best - guests were praising the food and service too.
