You can save $1000 on any available date for 2026 off of our normal price.
Our pricing includes everything that we do and offer. There are no hidden fees, and everything is easy to understand.
We have lots of Wedding professionals that we recommend and like, but you are allowed to use anybody you wish.

Yesterday was our last three day weekend of the season. We had Weddings, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
We could not have asked for three nicer wedding couples. It was just the perfect way to end the season. ❤️❤️❤️

Here are a few pictures from last night’s wedding, I don’t usually post peoples names because their weddings are their private events and if they wanna post their names, that’s great. But I will tell you that my client, “the Bride” last night was the most organized person. I think we’ve ever done a wedding for. I would hire her as a coordinator tomorrow.❤️💒

We are known for our beautiful rustic barn. We also have a beautiful elegant house. I had to snap a couple pictures as the sun was setting yesterday and coming through the windows.

Dulany’s Overlook has been offering a beautiful place to say “I Do” for a few years now and we couldn’t be more excited to host your special day in the future!
When using Dulany’s Overlook as your wedding venue, you will be provided with a preferred vendor list with a multitude of vendors for your potential use. To name a few, this list ranges from caterers to florists, to photographers and DJ’s with many more vendor types to choose from.
In addition to your preferred vendor list, each bride will be given a wedding coordinator. The coordinator and couple will have the opportunity to work together from the time of booking, all the way through to your wedding day!
Our daily pricing is listed below:
Friday: $7,000
Saturday: $8,000
Sunday: $6,000
Monday-Thursday: $5,000
(These prices include tables, chairs, and most importantly, your wedding coordinator!)
We offer different payment options that can be discussed upon booking with us.
(No hidden fees!)
The venue is YOURS for 12 hours on your wedding day. The allotted time is from 11am-11pm.
