Michael has over 20 years experience in the BBQ industry. He is a Texas Native who started his training in the Culinary BBQ in Alto, Texas. There he learned from the best starting out using a smoked box pit utilizing red oak, hickory and pecan logs for flavor. views by all who tasted his BBQ. His work in culinary BBQ art is a testament to his numerous capabilities. He has worn many hats throughout his career and currently as a Catering Chef/ Owner. Over the years Michael has mastered the art of BBQ & catering. It was his passion to one day open what is now Katon's Kitchen, All Events Catering Company. A dream realized through hard work and perseverance. Katon's Kitchen All Events & Catering has been open since 2010 as a fully functional catering business and has plans to expand in 2016 and beyond. The business services contract caterings, business luncheons, corporate events, wedding receptions and much more. Katon's Kitchen & All Events Catering is as diverse in its functionality as its Chef/Owner Michael Katon. He takes all services to task and handles with the up most professionalism.
