Celebrate the Summer Solstice with deep relaxation Yoga and Sound Bath! Step into the longest day of the year with intention and movement, surrounded by the tranquil tones of a Sound Bath and the natural beauty of the gardens.

This special class will be held in the middle of Peak Week! Peak is when the most flowers are out at one time! Join us after hours to explore the more wild side of the gardens. As the sun starts to set, Yoga class will begin followed by the enchanting tones of not one, but two Sound Baths! Enjoy the blooms, the relaxation and the beauty of all the sounds around you!

🌻August 23rd Morning Yoga
Enjoy the serenity of morning with the beauty and sounds of nature with this hour long class! Ease into your Sunday with the gently grounding, slow flow Yoga class designed to awaken the body and calm the mind. After class, take your time to further enjoy the gardens before continuing with your day!

Welcome the change of the seasons with our final hour long morning Yoga class! Move mindfully through a series of accessible postures, linking breath with movement to create space and release tension. Leave feeling grounded and renewed with the songs of birds and vibrancy of the gardens around you.
