This past weekend, we closed out one of the most challenging, yet rewarding, spring seasons our team has ever experienced.

From storms flooding our venue on event day, to switching venues just six weeks before a major event, to airports across the country grounding flights the night before a large two-day conference, citywide power disruptions, and everything in between, this season has certainly kept us on our toes.

Stay tuned as we take you behind the scenes of the not-so-glamorous side of event planning and production. The late-night phone calls, last-minute pivots, contingency plans, unexpected challenges, and the incredible teams that somehow makes it all come together.

Because sometimes the best event stories are the ones guests never even know happened.
