Looking for a different type of gathering place to host your next big event?

Congrats! You just discovered one of the most exclusive and undisclosed event venues in Illinois; we’re happy to have you here. We started this adventure because the area needed a proper venue for celebrating life, love, friendships, births, and everything in between.

Creating The Derby House has been a labor of love, and now that you found us, let us tell you a bit about our non-traditional gathering place so you can decide if it’s the perfect fit for your next celebration!

Our family-owned & operated event and performance venue is located just minutes south of downtown Frankfort, Illinois (near I-80 and I-57). With a capacity of up to 300 guests, at the Derby House, we pride ourselves on delivering a "different kind of gathering place."
