Regrettably, the BBQ competition in Lawrenceburg was canceled for this weekend. But thanks to the generosity of Whitehead-Hancock Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, I am pleased to have the opportunity to prepare 12 smoked pork butts for a pulled pork lunch to be served to our local first responders tomorrow!
