First day of Spring 2015! Looking for signs of life pout there! Not many/any. But i have many many beautiful trays of seedlings in the greenhouse! They give me hope! ready for another season. Bring it on Mother Nature, just a little gentler this season please.

Spring has arrived! At the farm we have been planting like mad and the greenhouses are overflowing w/ more plants waiting to be set out! Weather looks like it will be in favor for that in the coming week. Farm stand is open for sales of hangers, herbs and veggie plants. Wedding season in full bloom, busy, busy, happy! Sitting on my deck overwhelmed with scent of Wisteria and Lilac, best.

St. Patty's Day - feels more like Washington's bday, so windy, cold. This can't last much longer! We have lots of seedlings up and happy to be in the sunny warmth of greenhouse, lucky for them and for me to be tending to them in the warmth and pleasant atmosphere I escape to!
I will be offering a workshop this thursday, first day of spring from 6-8pm at the farmstand. It is mainly for CSA members but am opening it up to all. For CSA members it is free w/ full share. For the public $15.00 will get you some instruction on making a First Day of Spring arrangement ...in a colorful watering can. Space is limited, if interested pls respond by Tuesday the 18th.
