𝟑𝟐𝟎 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬.
On September 14, 2025, 𝐌𝐏𝐇 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 officially became operational.
Starting a business comes with a lot of expenses before you ever earn the first dollar, and in my case, Lady Luck decided that wasn't enough, so my Suburban needed a new engine about a month later. 😂
I kept a running ledger from day one: every dollar in, every dollar out, including the original investment in the vehicle.
𝐎𝐧 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟑𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐳𝐞𝐫𝐨.
For the first time since I started this thing, MPH Livery Service is officially, cumulatively profitable.
There are still plenty of goals ahead and a whole lot more work to do, but I had to stop for a minute and appreciate this one.
And I absolutely did not get here alone.
To my friends and family who supported me, encouraged me, referred people to me, listened to me talk endlessly about this business, and believed in what I was trying to build, thank you.
And to every client and affiliate who trusted me with a ride, booked with me again, referred someone else, or simply gave a small local business a chance, thank you. Every single one of you helped get MPH to this point.
320 days from opening the doors to earning it all back.
Not bad for a guy with a Suburban and an idea. 😎
