Catered the Mixer for Humboldt made last night at Redwood Capital Bank in Fortuna. What a fun group of Local Entrepreneurs! What a WONDERFUL Day Yesterday! I didn't get any pictures BUT it was a day filled with fun and a lot of hard work. We catered the Logging Conference Dinner for some wonderful people! Moonlight Catering had the pleasure of catering the Friday Night Dinner for the Redwood Region Logging Conference. It was an AMAZING night full of wonderful people!! A big THANK YOU to Sandy Dale and her AWESOME FFA students who did such a great job serving. Also, a BIG Thank You to my amazing team who helped to make this a successful dinner. It really does take a village! The only pictures I got were of 24 of the 36 New York Roasts getting ready to go into the ovens and of our Master Whisky Carrot Chef! Thank You for including Moonlight Catering
