We’re looking for a new team member to join Roots Fort Worth as our Venue Coordinator!

This is a 20-hour/week part-time position or potentially a full time position in Fort Worth for someone who loves creativity, organization, events, and having a little bit of everything on their plate.

You’ll help support the creative and behind-the-scenes sides of Roots — from client communication to event prep and day-to-day venue support. No two days look exactly the same!

We’re looking for someone who is:
✨ Creative + has a great eye for design
✨ Organized + detail-oriented
✨ Comfortable with Canva + social media
✨ A strong communicator
✨ A quick learner + comfortable working independently
✨ Reliable + willing to jump in wherever needed
✨ Excited about weddings, events + hospitality

HoneyBook experience is a plus, but not required! We’re happy to train the right person who is willing to learn.

🇺🇸 God bless America.

Today we celebrate 250 years of our nation—a milestone that reminds me just how blessed we are to call this country home.

The last several years haven’t always been easy. We’ve disagreed, we’ve argued, and at times we’ve felt more divided than united. But I still believe there’s far more that brings us together than pulls us apart. We all want a better future for our families, our communities, and our country.

I’m proud to be an American, and I’m deeply grateful for the brave men and women who have sacrificed to protect the freedoms we enjoy every day.

Here’s to 250 incredible years—and, Lord willing, 250 more. May God continue to bless America and remind us that we’re stronger when we stand together. ❤️🤍💙

The courtyard at Roots has a way of becoming the heartbeat of an event without ever trying to be.
