NO REFUNDS- We promise to do our best to provide the best tasting & best looking cakes/catering. Please keep in mind that no two pieces of art made by people are ever exactly alike! Once an item has been picked up by You or Your Designated Party, and Leaves Our Shop, it is considered “Accepted”. In the event that we have made a major mistake to the design theme and you alert us at the time of pick

up, every attempt will be made to correct this error in a timely manner, before you leave our shop. In the event that we are unable to correct our mistake before your event, you can choose not to accept the cake and will not be held responsible for the balance due. While it makes us very sad to make mistakes, and we will never knowingly disappoint you, please remember that people, not machines are designing your cakes. No refunds will be given for color selections or minor design discrepancies or if delivery is accepted. Gift Certificates with a percentage off will be given if see fit. Catering side of the business is the same, if you eat the food, accept the food there is no refund. We are human and do make mistakes and will never say we are perfect, things happen and we can't handle traffic delays, construction delays we will always do our best to make every accommodation to do the right thing per any contract.
