Old Smokey We are very traditional in our smoking. Low and slow is our motto. On our Southern Pride smoker, we use hickory and oak woods for that great Texas taste.

We smoke choice Briskets, Pulled Pork, Pork Spareribs, and boneless skinless chicken breast. Our side dishes include a potato salad (it can have a bit of a tang to it), green beans, mac and cheese, lays potato chips .
